4. All the levies and taxes chargeable by the Governement Authorities will be extra.
5. Service Tax as applicable.
6. All specifications, numbers, areas are tentative and may be varying ± 3%
7. payment plan can be changed without any prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
8. Price / Payment plan ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable.
